I am me, and I also a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and a career woman and a law student.
Through blogging, I'm going to share with you my journey. How I am living life and loving it, after being diagnosed with Papillary Carcinoma sometime in 2010 (in short, I was diagnosed with cancer stage 1).
I will be sharing about my experiences as a mother of 2 teens (Prince, is my 14-year-old son, and my youngest daughter, Psalmantha, 12 years old).
In the near future, you can also read about my experiences, as a wife. I've been married since 2002 - happily, generally. You can read about how I've dealt with the little things and the big things, like finances, credit cards, etc. If you need someone to talk to, I am just a comment away. Your journey may be unique, but if you need someone to vent out or some stranger on the other part of the globe who can tell you, "it's okay, been there, done that!" - "but hey look I survived" - you came to the place, or shall I say blog.
There might also be times where I'll share about my journey as a daughter and sister... (I don't know what to say, so yeah, maybe you'll read about it sooner rather than later).
Definitely, I'll post some articles and content about being a career woman. I've been connected with an HMO (Health Maintenance Organization) company for almost 15 years already. You can say I rose from the ranks. Currently, I am the Senior Manager of a Regional Operation or Branch. I'll share about, how I did it, and my experiences for 15 years and counting! We have a strict data privacy policy in the office which prohibits me from mentioning the name of the company I work for - so don't ask in public. I can PM you if you need an HMO, or you have questions about HMO.
I am also a graduating Law Student. I'll be reviewing for the bar soon. I will share case digests sometimes and I'll give you tips once I've passed the bar. When I am a lawyer already, maybe I can throw in a few legal advise if you need it - I can just give you a brief on the topic, because If you will need a full-blown legal advise, you have to apprise me with the facts in my office - someday, so I can also bill you properly. How's that for you?
Everything in between consist of my love for reading and organizing. I am addicted to anything about organizing tips, frugal living tips, and interior design. I am a voracious reader. I love reading books. I also go for variety. From Paolo Coelho's books, to Fifty Shades of Grey, Twilight books, About Gideon Cross and Eva of +Sylvia Day . I also love the books of Nora Roberts, Judith McNaught, Sidney Sheldon. I started with Nancy Drew, and the Sweet Valley Books. I also love Harry Potter. I've read the book entitled: The 4 Agreements; Five People You Meet In Heaven. I also read the books that my kids are reading, because I've that it's good to read what they are reading to check and monitor, and sometimes listen to the music they are listening to.
I just love to read. Give me a holiday, and a rain, throw in some books and I'm good to go. I am not the party girl during college. Instead, I'm that girl who stays in the dorm, and opens the door for my dorm mates when they arrive after midnight. Do I feel I missed something? Never. Different folk, different strokes. In fact, I was able to consume more than two shot glass of Tequila after I got married already, and with my husbands friends. In short, yes, I only had my social life after I got married.
I seldom watch TV, but when I do, I always HGTV. I love Property Brothers - Jonathan and Drew Scott. I also love Kitchen Cousins and the couple doing Fixer Upper (Chip and Joana) My dream holiday if not reading is watching HGTV or watch youtube video of Alejandra Costello of alejandra.tv.
So much for the introduction.
I'll end now. I hope that you will enjoy reading my blog!
